Returns and Refund
All items sold are non-returnable. However, a return and refund will be issued only if the product is damaged, dead on arrival (DOA), or not working.
Refunds will be processed after LGA Technology PRIVATE LIMITED or its business partner receives and inspects the returned product. Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email regarding the status of your return. If your return is accepted, the refund will be processed within 21 working days. All refunds will be routed through the original payment gateway, whether it be PhonePe, UPI, Google Pay, or any other bank debit or credit card accounts, after adjusting any applicable cancellation charges.
In case of return related to product compatibility the product has to be returned in working condition and a return fee of Rs. 100 will be deducted from the returnable amount.
If you haven't received your refund after 21 days of processing, please check your bank account again. If necessary, contact your credit card company or bank branch, as there may be some delay before the refund is reflected in your account.

Only items that are regularly priced are eligible for a refund. Products bought on sale or other special offers cannot be refunded except in cases of a technical issue.
Return request must be placed within 7 days from delivery. If 7 days have passed since delivery, we cannot process the return request.
